Return Policy
We accept returns within 90 days from the original purchase date. Refund requests must be submitted within the first 30 days of purchase. After the refund period ends, eligible products may qualify for a replacement for the remainder of the 90-day return period.
If your return period has expired, your product may still be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Warranty coverage and terms vary depending on the product.
To request a return, email [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package before shipping it. Returns received without a valid RMA number cannot be accepted.
All approved returns must be received at our facility within 10 days of the RMA being issued. Please send your authorized return to:

The following items are not eligible for return: physically damaged products, opened sealed retail-boxed items, software with a broken package seal, licenses, digital products, services, and other non-physical items, including service contracts and agreements.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Replacement orders are shipped using standard ground service. Expedited shipping is available upon request at the customer's expense.
Premium shipping charges and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
If your shipment arrives with visible damage, please refuse delivery. If damage is discovered after opening the package, contact the shipping carrier immediately to request an inspection, and notify us so we can begin the claims process.
Any shipping damage must be reported to Memory Clearance within 2 business days of delivery. If you receive a defective or dead-on-arrival (DOA) product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
