AccountReturn Policy
All returns must be sent back within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be unused and have all original tags and labels still attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email us at rma@memoryclearance.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item for this process. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
- A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
- Please note that the customer will pay the shipping cost for the return.
- Memory Clearance may impose a 50% restocking fee under certain conditions:
- Missing or Replaced Components: If the package components are missing or replaced.
- Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items: If you receive a non-functional or DOA product, we will replace it at no additional cost. However, if the item is found to be functioning properly, a 50% Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) fee will apply.
- Post-Warranty RMA Eligibility: RMA claims made after the warranty period might not be available for all customers. However, some customers may qualify for RMA under certain conditions, usually within 30 to 45 days.
- Damaged or Tampered Packaging: The original packaging has been damaged or tampered with.
- For defective or damaged products, please contact us using the details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
The following factors can result in the denial of a replacement:
- Mismatch with RMA Form: The item does not align with what was indicated in the RMA form.
- Physical Damage or Tampering: The product shows signs of tampering or physical damage.
